Additional Renovation Updates

The chipping area, putting green, and driving range are rough shaped with drainage installed.

The exterior clubhouse doors will be framed by the end of the week. Lighting is almost entirely installed, and the HVAC is scheduled to be completed soon. In the pro-shop and men’s bathroom, the drywall is done.

The cart barn lighting is underway, and the last thing for that area is new windows.

The cart paths tying in the tenth tee, cart return, and staging area have been laid out and will be some of the last things completed before grassing that area.

You will see real change with the grassing as holes will look like holes again. Please make sure to keep checking FACEBOOK and Instagram for more images. Bea and Tommy have been really creative with those post.

We look forward to seeing everyone this fall!

Best regards,
